2. Service Usage

Subscriptions are strictly for personal use. Restreaming, sharing your account, or attempting to use a single connection on multiple devices simultaneously is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic, permanent ban without refund.

3. Content Disclaimer

IPTV Firestick provides access to streams available on the internet. We do not host, store, or own any media on our servers. We only provide the indexing service and software access.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 24-hour free trial so you can test the service before purchasing. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been activated. If you face technical difficulties, our support team will work with you to resolve them.

5. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted service. Factors outside our control (ISP blocking, server maintenance, major sporting event loads) may occasionally affect service quality.
